  2. Guided breathwork with techniques like box breathing or 4-7-8 breathing.
  3. Quick creative expression – eg, write down three things you’re grateful for.
  4. Invite participants to share their stories and experience. This is done without pressure.
  5. Acknowledgment and quick questions
  6. Closing and gratitude

Event Guidelines

The event is created to be as simple and welcoming as possible. To make this possible, participants should

  1. Arrive a few minutes before the event starts
  2. Turn on their video camera during the session.
  3. Listen when people talk and turn off the mic when not talking.

  3. Theme introduction: Benefits of gratitude journaling (5 mins)
  4. Guided journaling prompts (30 mins). Example
    • Prompt 1: “Three things you’re grateful for and why.”
    • Prompt 2: “A person who has impacted your life and what was the impact.”
    • Prompt 3: “A joyful moment you wish to relive more and how.”
