The first path to healing is to find someone to listen.

Agenda

60 to 90 Minutes Session

  1. Welcome address
  2. Guided breathwork with techniques like box breathing or 4-7-8 breathing.
  3. Quick creative expression – eg, write down three things you’re grateful for.
  4. Invite participants to share their stories and experience. This is done without pressure.
  5. Acknowledgment and quick questions
  6. Closing and gratitude

Event Guidelines

The event is created to be as simple and welcoming as possible. To make this possible, participants should

  1. Arrive a few minutes before the event starts
  2. Turn on their video camera during the session.
  3. Listen when people talk and turn off the mic when not talking.

General Rules

  1. Confidentiality – This event is built to take place with strict confidentiality. Stories shared shall only remain within the group.
  2. Listening – This event is created to trigger or affirm the healing process against anxiety. Unsolicited advice or instruction shall not be shared.
